Conference Information

Join us for the International Conference on Addressing Waste and Recycle (AWARE 2025), taking place from December 4-5, 2025 in Vienna, Austria—renowned as the country’s Garden City. We have carefully selected a venue that offers excellent facilities and convenient access for international and local participants. We are confident you will find both the timing and location ideal for an engaging and productive experience.

Official Language

The official language of the conference is English. Translation and interpretation services will not be available onsite.

Local Weather

During late November, Melbourne typically experiences mild and pleasant weather, with temperatures ranging between 13°C and 24°C. Attendees are advised to dress appropriately for varying indoor and outdoor conditions.

Dress Code

We recommend business casual attire. As meeting room temperatures may fluctuate, dressing in layers is advised to ensure comfort throughout the sessions.

Participant Guidelines

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at the conference venue at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled session.
• Wi-Fi & Power Access:Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available. However, for safety reasons, power outlets will not be accessible in the meeting rooms.
• Courtesy: Kindly silence mobile devices before entering sessions. Flash photography is discouraged as sessions will be professionally recorded and photographed.
• Promotional Materials: The distribution of flyers, advertisements, or promotional content is strictly prohibited, unless officially authorized as an exhibitor or sponsor.

Participants from other countries are advised to apply for a visa through the Australian Embassy or Consulate in their respective regions. To minimize uncertainty, we strongly recommend submitting your visa application at least one month prior to the event.

Note: The AWARE 2025 Organizing Committee is not authorized to intervene in the visa application process beyond providing a formal invitation letter. Should your visa be declined, we regret that we cannot engage with the embassy or facilitate reconsideration.

Requests for an official invitation letter will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The requester is a confirmed author of an accepted oral or poster presentation, or
• The requester has completed registration payment in full
